By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this website.

Your access to and use of this website, and all related websites operated by ALT~Universal Ministries, including any subdomains, platforms, or related sites (collectively, the “Site”), is subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) and all applicable laws. By accessing and browsing the Site, you accept these Terms of Use without limitation or qualification.

ALT~Universal Ministries (“the Ministry”) is a spiritual ministry devoted to serving the spirit within and above all. The Ministry operates as a Private Membership Association (“PMA”) of woman (wombin) and men devoted to ministering — the sacred practice of tending to one another in the work of becoming whole.

This Site operates in the public domain for informational purposes only. All substantive ministry participation, teachings, services, communities, and exchanges occur solely within the private domain through the Membership Agreement, the Laws of the Ministry, and any other written Private Membership Agreements.

Public access to this Site does not create membership.

If you are or become a member of ALT~Universal Ministries, your Membership Agreement and the Laws of the Ministry govern your relationship with the Ministry and supersede these Terms of Use.

1. OWNERSHIP OF CONTENT

You agree that the Site itself, as well as all content, videos, teachings, training materials, products, services, writings, graphics, audio, artwork, photographs, documents, and/or other materials made available on the Site by ALT~Universal Ministries or third parties (collectively referred to as the “Content”), are maintained for your personal use and information and are the property of ALT~Universal Ministries and/or its licensors. Content includes, without limitation, all proprietary videos, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, graphics, voice and sound recordings, artwork, photos, documents, and text, excluding only materials you personally submit.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, ALT~Universal Ministries grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access, view, and use the Site solely for your personal informational purposes.

No Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, modified, used for public or commercial purposes, or downloaded in any manner unless express written permission is granted by ALT~Universal Ministries. Modification or misuse of the Content for any other purpose is a violation of copyright and other proprietary rights and may subject you to monetary damages and penalties.

2. COPYRIGHT & TRADEMARKS

All Content contained on the Site is copyrighted unless otherwise noted and is the property of ALT~Universal Ministries and/or its suppliers.

All trade names, trademarks, logos, service marks, and identifying marks — including without limitation “ALT~Universal Ministries,” “ALTher. Activate. Align.,” “Shadow Walk,” and any modality or program name — are either owned by or used with permission by ALT~Universal Ministries. No license or right to use Ministry names, logos, or identifying marks is granted without express written authorization.

Nothing contained in these Terms or on the Site shall be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademark or proprietary information without the express written consent of ALT~Universal Ministries or the applicable third party. Any unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, and other applicable laws and regulations.

3. PRIVATE DOMAIN & MEMBERSHIP SUPREMACY

This Ministry operates as a Private Membership Association. All substantive spiritual teachings, practices, sessions, gatherings, ceremonies, communities, and exchanges occur within the private domain through voluntary Private Membership Agreements.

If you become a member, your Membership Agreement and the Laws of the Ministry govern your relationship with the Ministry and supersede these public Terms of Use.

Nothing on this public website constitutes a public offer of medical, psychological, or therapeutic services.

4. NATURE OF SERVICES

The Ministry is a spiritual ministry. We are spiritual, educational, and personal-development oriented in nature, devoted to ministering — the sacred practice of tending to one another. Our work weaves shadow work, somatic practice, shamanic ritual, plant medicine, spiritual teaching, elemental embodiment, holistic healing, natural law, and the inherent code each woman (wombin) or man is born carrying.

The Ministry does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical or psychological condition.

Nothing on this website or within the Ministry should be interpreted as medical, mental health, or other licensed professional advice. Participants are responsible for their own decisions, interpretations, and wellbeing, and for seeking licensed medical, psychological, or therapeutic care from qualified professionals when needed.

5. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

While ALT~Universal Ministries uses reasonable efforts to provide accurate and current information, it makes no warranties or representations as to accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. ALT~Universal Ministries assumes no liability or responsibility for any negligence, errors or omissions.

6. COMMUNICATIONS

When you register with or communicate through the Site, you expressly consent to receive electronic communications, including notices, announcements, agreements, disclosures, reports, documents, and updates. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

7. NO GUARANTEES

The Ministry makes no promises or guarantees regarding outcomes, including physical, emotional, financial, relational, or spiritual results. Testimonials and shared experiences reflect individual perspectives and are not guarantees or typical results.

8. SUBMISSIONS

If you submit comments, suggestions, ideas, notes, text, images, or other materials, such submissions shall become and remain the sole property of ALT~Universal Ministries unless otherwise agreed in writing. No submission shall be subject to any obligation of confidentiality unless covered by a private membership agreement or written confidentiality agreement. ALT~Universal Ministries shall have the unrestricted right to use, publish, and disseminate such materials for any ministry-related purpose without compensation.

9. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS AND HOSTING

The Site is hosted on and operated through the Kajabi platform (Kajabi, LLC) and uses Kajabi’s infrastructure for website hosting, member portal functionality, email delivery, payment processing, file storage, and related services.

In addition, the Ministry may communicate, share content, host discussions, or hold gatherings through other third-party platforms, including but not limited to social media and messaging platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Zoom. Kajabi and all such platforms are referred to collectively in this section as the “Third-Party Platforms.”

ALT~Universal Ministries is not the operator, controller, or owner of the Kajabi platform or any other Third-Party Platform, nor of their servers, data centers, security infrastructure, or any third-party tools integrated into them (including but not limited to Stripe, PayPal, or any other payment processor; analytics services; email service providers; or cloud storage providers).

As a result:

  • ALT~Universal Ministries does not control and is not responsible for any data breach, security incident, server outage, uptime failure, data loss, software glitch, cyberattack, or other technical failure that originates at the Kajabi platform level, at any other Third-Party Platform, or at any other third-party service provider level.
  • ALT~Universal Ministries cannot guarantee the security, availability, reliability, or performance of the Kajabi platform or any other Third-Party Platform.
  • Any disputes arising from third-party platform performance, data handling, or technical failures shall be addressed directly with the relevant third-party provider in accordance with their own terms of service and privacy policies.

You acknowledge and accept that your use of this Site — and any participation, communication, or gathering through any Third-Party Platform — is also subject to Kajabi’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and to the terms of service and privacy policies of any other Third-Party Platform or service provider.

10. DATA & SITE SECURITY

You acknowledge that no online system is fully secure. You accept all risks associated with submitting information to or interacting with the Site. You are responsible for safeguarding your own access credentials, including your password.

ALT~Universal Ministries uses commercially reasonable efforts within its limited control to protect Ministry-controlled aspects of the Site, but the underlying security of the platform itself is the responsibility of Kajabi and its infrastructure providers, not the Ministry.

You acknowledge that unauthorized access may occur at the platform level or your own device level, and you accept all risk associated with your use of the Site.

11. PRIVACY

The Ministry’s collection, use, and disclosure of personally identifiable information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. DISCLAIMERS & WARRANTIES

ALL CONTENT IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

ALT~UNIVERSAL MINISTRIES DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKE REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING RESULTS OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL, MENTAL, FINANCIAL, RELATIONAL, OR SPIRITUAL OUTCOMES.

ALT~UNIVERSAL MINISTRIES DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED — UPTIME, AVAILABILITY, AND PLATFORM PERFORMANCE ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF KAJABI AND OTHER THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS, NOT THE MINISTRY.

YOU ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR OWN DECISIONS, PARTICIPATION, AND WELLBEING.

13. LIMITATIONS & LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL ALT~UNIVERSAL MINISTRIES OR ANY OF ITS MINISTRY FOUNDERS, PMA FOUNDERS, ELDER COUNCIL, KEEPER COUNCIL, SACRED STEWARDS, MINISTRY MENTORS, VOLUNTEERS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SITE, ANY THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM (INCLUDING KAJABI), OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY MINISTRY ACTIVITY.

THIS LIMITATION INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES ARISING FROM PLATFORM OUTAGES, DATA LOSS OR BREACHES AT THE KAJABI OR OTHER THIRD-PARTY LEVEL, PAYMENT PROCESSING ERRORS BY THIRD-PARTY PROCESSORS, OR ANY OTHER TECHNICAL FAILURES OUTSIDE THE MINISTRY’S DIRECT CONTROL.

14. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES (BEYOND KAJABI)

ALT~Universal Ministries is not responsible for any third-party websites, platforms, payment processors, email providers, cloud storage providers, or other service providers linked to or used in connection with the Site. Any disputes related to third-party services must be resolved directly with those providers in accordance with their own terms. The Ministry is not responsible for any content, advertisements, products, or services available on third-party sites or platforms.

15. TERMINATION

ALT~Universal Ministries reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to deny access to the Site or terminate any user’s access if it determines that the user has violated these Terms or the Laws of the Ministry.

16. CONTRIBUTIONS & REFUNDS

All contributions to ALT~Universal Ministries — including membership contributions, program contributions, and any other payment or amount you provide, however described — are received as voluntary, suggested donations in support of the Ministry and its private spiritual mission. They are not fees, tuition, compensation, or payment for goods or services in public commerce.

Because all contributions are voluntary donations, they are non-refundable. By offering a contribution, you acknowledge and accept that the Ministry maintains a no-refund policy.

In rare circumstances, the Ministry may, in its sole and absolute discretion, choose to return a contribution. Any such request will be reviewed independently, on a case-by-case basis. The return of a contribution in any single instance is an act of grace, not an entitlement, and does not create a right to a refund, set a precedent, or waive this no-refund policy.

17. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ALT~Universal Ministries, its Ministry Founders, PMA Founders, Elder Council, Keeper Council, Sacred Stewards, Ministry Mentors, and any other woman (wombin) or man acting on behalf of the Ministry from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms or the Laws of the Ministry.

18. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Note: This applies to the public Terms of Use. Disputes arising from private membership matters are governed by the Membership Agreement and Laws of the Ministry, which specify that such matters shall be pressed only in a court of law by and between those of woman (wombin) and man.

19. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

20. REVISIONS

ALT~Universal Ministries may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revisions.

21. PRIVATE AGREEMENT SUPREMACY

If you become a member of ALT~Universal Ministries, your Membership Agreement and the Laws of the Ministry govern your participation and supersede this public Terms of Use document. Where there is any conflict between these public Terms and the private member documents, the private member documents control for members.
