This Site operates in the public domain for informational purposes only. ALT-Universal Ministries operates as a Private Membership Association (“PMA”). All substantive ministry participation, teachings, services, communities, and exchanges occur solely within the private domain through written Private Membership Agreements. Public access to this Site does not create membership.

If you are or become a member of ALT-Universal Ministries, your Private Membership Agreement governs your relationship with the Ministry and supersedes these Terms of Use. Public access to this site does not constitute membership in the Association.

1. OWNERSHIP OF CONTENT

This Ministry operates as a Private Membership Association. All substantive spiritual teachings, practices, sessions, communities, and exchanges occur within the private domain through voluntary private membership agreements. If you become a member, your Private Membership Agreement governs your relationship with the Ministry and supersedes these public Terms of Use. Nothing on this public website constitutes a public offer of medical, psychological, or therapeutic services.

4. NATURE OF SERVICES

The Ministry is a faith-based spiritual and educational organization. All offerings are spiritual, educational, and personal-development oriented in nature. The Ministry does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical or psychological condition. Nothing on this website or within the Ministry should be interpreted as medical, mental health, or professional advice. Participants are responsible for their own decisions, interpretations, and wellbeing.

All payments or contributions are governed by posted policies or Private Membership Agreements. If you become a member of ALT-Universal Ministries, your Private Membership Agreement governs your participation and supersedes this public Terms of Use document.
