ALT-U Ministry Laws
The ministry, website, knowledge, teachings, gatherings, and experiences offered here are hosted by the Facilitating Founders of ALT-University Ministries (Adrienne L. Thomas, Michelle K. Benewiat, Gloria Thomas) and provided in sacred covenant with the Spiritual Stewards - including but not limited to the Ministry's - Elder Council, Lineage Keepers, Ministry Mentors & Creative Contributors of ALT-Universal Ministries Private Membership Association (PMA), on an "as is" basis, in the private domain. These laws apply to all members and to any womb-in-kind, woman, women ("wombin") or man who participates in the ministry through any channel — online or in person. By autographing the Agreement of Membership, every member affirms they have read, understand, and agree to all the laws below.
The Laws
1. Member-to-member relating — We, as wombin speak to one another always as wombin or man only. We do not relate as agents, representatives, customers, or consumers of one another. Our relating is in the private, soul to soul.
2. Property and intellectual integrity — The teachings, practices, recordings, writings, downloads, art, and other knowledge ("property") offered through this ministry are the property of the wombin or man who did create them. Members and all who use the property do so as a wombin or man only, and take full responsibility for their use. No part may be shared, copied, reproduced, recorded, or sold without the written consent of the wombin or man who created it.
3. Donations and compensation — Members who choose to donate, pay, or offer compensation for any teaching, gathering, program, coaching, or other offering do so as a wombin or man in the private, directly to the Ministry Founders, PMA Founders, or to a wombin or man acting on their behalf. All payments are donations of support to the ministry and are not exchanges of public commerce.
4. Member-to-member exchange and mutual support — Members may freely give, donate, gift, exchange, or offer service to one another in the spirit of mutual aid and sacred reciprocity, within the private domain. Such exchanges between members are not exchanges of public commerce; they are private acts of love, support, and trust between wombin or man, soul to soul.
The Ministry does not facilitate, mediate, regulate, or take responsibility for member-to-member exchanges. Disputes arising from such exchanges shall be resolved directly between the members involved, in the private, with the spirit of remedy described in Law 5.
Members are encouraged to extend grace, generosity, and reciprocity to one another as the work of becoming whole calls for.
5. Behavior and remedy — Members agree to treat every other wombin or man with kindness and respect. If a member is abusive, aggressive, irresponsible, menacing, destructive, or harassing — they shall first be offered the opportunity to make remedy. If no remedy is made, the offending member’s membership shall be cancelled, and they shall lose access to all teachings, gatherings, and property whether or not they have paid or donated to access them.
6. Privacy of information — Any information a member provides is in the private domain. It will be held with reverence and not be shared, sold, traded, or rented to any third party, except as required to operate the ministry through trusted service providers, or as required by law.
7. Right of access and deletion — Any member may, at any time, request a copy of their information, or request that their information be deleted. Honored within the limits of operational and legal record-keeping obligations.
8. Responsibility for participation — Any wombin or man who attends an event, gathering, ceremony, or session accepts full responsibility for their own state, choices, and outcomes. They agree not to hold the Founders, Stewards, Mentors, or any other wombin or man acting on behalf of the ministry liable for any consequences.
9. Recording consent — By participating in any online or in-person event, members agree that their voice and/or image may be used and shared by the ministry if they choose to speak or appear on screen. Members who do not wish to be recorded must abstain from speaking or appearing on screen.
10. Healing, not medicine — The ministry’s offerings are spiritual, educational, and devoted to becoming whole. The ministry does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical/psychological condition. Members are responsible for their own decisions and for seeking licensed medical/psychological/therapeutic care from professionals when needed.
11. Cookies and digital tracking — The website may use cookies to keep members signed in, remember preferences, and gather aggregate analytics. Members may disable through browser settings.
12. Modification of laws — The Ministry Founders may modify these laws with notice provided through ministry communication channels. Continued participation following such notice constitutes acceptance.
13. Application of laws — These laws apply to all ministry activities, online and offline, including websites, member portals, programs, coaching, retreats, gatherings, ceremonies, and any other space.
Notice to Government Officials and Agents
Any wombin or man who accesses this website or any property of the ministry, or who attends any event, gathering, ceremony, or session of the ministry, does so in their own right and private capacity as a wombin or man only — and NOT as an agent or representative for any governmental or non-governmental agency or organization whose purpose is to enforce a legal code, act, or statute where no wombin or man has been harmed, or to carry out any mission of entrapment or investigation against the ministry, its Founders, or any of its members.
Any such access, attendance, or participation by an agent or representative acting in their official capacity shall constitute trespass by way of barratry against the ministry and the wombin or man who host it. Such trespass shall make the trespasser immediately liable to pay compensation to the ministry, in the amount of $100,000 USD plus $10/minute for the duration the trespass continues.
Any claim of wrong, harm, or trespass under this notice shall be governed by law and may be pressed in a court of law by and between those of wombin and man only.
