ALT~Universal Ministries — Membership Agreement

ALT~Universal Ministries ("the ministry") is a faith-based spiritual ministry devoted to serving the spirit within and above all. We are a private membership association of woman (wombin) devoted to ministering — the sacred practice of tending to one another in the work of becoming whole. The ministry weaves shadow work, somatic practice, shamanic ritual, plant medicine, spiritual teaching, elemental embodiment, holistic healing, natural law, and the inherent code each of us is born carrying.

The ministry is hosted by: Adrienne L. Thomas and Michelle K. Benewiat, woman (wombin) who serve as Ministry Founders, in covenant with Ministry Lineage Keepers, who serve as PMA Facilitators of our Sacred Sistarhood. Basic life-time membership is offered in exchange for an $11 lifetime donation; all activities through or within the ministry occur within the private domain only; membership commences when you make the agreement below, and ends whenever you or any one of the Founders (or a woman (wombin) acting on our behalf) wish to end the agreement for any reason, and write to the other to say so; when you order any program, gathering, teaching, or offering you confirm your acceptance to this Membership Agreement and the Laws of the Ministry.

The agreement and laws are written and stated for everyone's benefit — to maintain our relating with each other in the private, as woman (wombin), the way the Divine intended; and to remove any presumptions that any other soul or person may seek to apply to bind us to a lesser form.

Affirmation

i, enter into this agreement of my own free will; i choose to establish this agreement between i, and ALT-University Ministry Founders and the PMA Lineage Keepers of ALT~Universal Ministries;

i agree to be responsible for my own actions and for the consequences of how i apply any of the knowledge, practices, or teachings i receive here;

i attest that my actions on this and any subsequent visit to this website or to any event, gathering, or place provided within the ministry (including electronic communications) are by i, in my own right and private capacity as a Woman (wombin) only;

i agree therefore that any claims of wrong which arise in regard to anything this agreement covers shall be governed only by law, cannot be brought to a lesser legal venue, and may be pressed only in a court of law by and between those of woman (wombin) where earnest attempts for peaceful remedy have failed;

i understand that the teachings, practices, and content (property) shared through this ministry are offered with the intent to help and heal others, and that the woman (wombin) who did create it is responsible for how and where to best share it; i therefore agree not to share, copy, reproduce, record, or sell any of the said property unless i do first obtain the written consent of the woman (wombin) who did create it;

i agree to hold all that is shared within the ministry as private and confidential — including its teachings, gatherings, communications, and the identity, presence, and personal sharings of every other woman (wombin) — and i agree not to record, reproduce, publish, disclose, or share any of it outside the private domain without the express consent of the ministry and of any woman (wombin) concerned; i further understand that any teaching, work, or offering a woman (wombin) brings forth within the ministry remains her own, and that these protections of privacy and property are mutual among all who enter, and continue even after my membership ends;

i agree to act according to law, and to treat every other woman (wombin) who participates in or works in support of the ministry with kindness and respect; i understand that if i do not do so, or if i am abusive, aggressive, irresponsible, menacing, or harassing towards any of said woman (wombin) and do not make remedy to the satisfaction of the one wronged, that my membership will be cancelled, and i will lose access to all time, teachings, gatherings, and property offered by or through the ministry whether or not i have paid or donated to access it;

i agree to and accept this agreement in exchange for access to benefits offered by or through the ministry, and i have read and agree to the Laws of the Ministry.
