About Kathryn Cook
KATHRYN COOK is a Shadow Walk Facilitator & spiritual guide. Her journey with ALT-University began in November-2018.
After her shadow session, her personal experience of soulful expansion created an internal passion to help bring the teachings & practices of ALT-U to the world. She became a SHEro, holding the vision of the impact & influence ALT-U would one day have, through the journey of diving into the darker side of the Divine Feminine.
It is through the surrendering to the depths of past experience where the root of emotional blocks reside and spiritual gifts get buried. Through the various practices of ALT-U and the Shadow Walk Soul Retrieval Strategy, the hue-man being is better able to center and realign into a state of wholeness and focus on life worth living.
